How the team works
Every job starts with a conversation about the fault, then a look at the site before anything is quoted. We bring the drain camera, jetter, pipe locator and gas detectors when the symptoms call for them, so we diagnose the fault on the spot instead of guessing.
"Communication was excellent, the quote was clear, and the work was completed promptly." Lily
- Available 24/7, including the after-hours calls that cannot wait
- It costs nothing to get us out to your door (excluding after-hours)
- We provide up-front, honest quotes that will always match the final price, should you decide to go ahead
- 365-day warranty on all work
That fixed figure matters most on the big jobs, where a drain rebuild or a hot water replacement could otherwise drift from the price you agreed to. As one customer put it:
What the local ground asks of us
Low, wet country
Three eras of housing
We plan the gear around the block. A call to an acreage lot on Brocklesby Road means long lines, so the jetter and the camera reel go on the truck from the start.
Who we serve
Homeowners, landlords, property managers, strata committees and local businesses all use the same process:
- You describe the fault, we quote up front, and the invoice matches the quote
- Strata and real estate work runs on a tenant-first process, with confirmation messages, photos and detailed invoices a manager can file without chasing anyone
Where to go next
The main services. Emergency plumbing, blocked drains, hot water repairs and replacement and gas fitting.
The specialist work. Finding hidden water leaks, plumbing for strata and rentals, gutter guard fitting and plumbing for businesses.
The nearby suburbs. Ferodale, Swan Bay, Oyster Cove, Salt Ash and Campvale each have their own page. The contact page has the form.
